A County Durham based company has been awarded PEFC accreditation following demand from its public sector clients. hpmgroup secured accreditation from the PEFC in October, having worked hard to become more environmentally friendly. The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes (PEFC) is a global scheme aimed at promoting sustainability through working practices.

hpmgroup recognised that its business activities have the potential to affect the environment and so actions were taken to minimise these in a responsible manner.

This recent accreditation has been praised by a number of hpmgroup’s clients in securing and developing various public sector contracts.
