Our History
Way back in the 1890's Cherrett Bros was created. Concentrating as a printer we were instrumental in working with local companies to provide printing solutions.
In the 1960's the company changed its name to Thomas Hill.
In 1985, the company became Hillprint and as our success grew we started working with a number of major national companies and re-branded.
From here things really took off for us and in 2003, we became Hillprint Media.
A few years back, well 2006 to be precise we re-branded from Hillprint Media to hpmgroup. This change signalled the beginning of a new era for us, focusing our strengths on creative design, marketing, digital and of course our history in lithographic and digital printing.
Most of our clients have known us during our Hillprint Media days and many of our clients (and employees!) still refer to us as Hillprint Media. Our strategic decision to re-name was to move away from the term 'print' and open up different interpretations of our name, strengthening the various different products and services we have to offer.
