To create and implement a strategy for the execution of the Season Card Campaign 2010-11 for supporters.
The project required a message to existing season card holders and a different message to lapsed customers. hpmgroup produced a personalised brochure, using our new digital press, to raise awareness of the campaign to existing supporters, along with carious other printed literature to support the campaign. A digital e-brochure was also created to raise awareness of the campaign to existing supporters, alogn with various other printed to raise awareness of the campaign via the mfc.co.uk website. An e-marketing campaign was used to personalised within the email to increase awareness of the campaign.
The campaign was launched in earnest with praise received from fans delighted with the personalisation element of the rochure.
