Nestled in the crooks and crannies of Durham's Countryside Lies Wynyard Hall.

Originally owned by the Marques's of Londonderry it was sold to Sir John Hall in the 1980's. When Sir John Hall bought Wynyard Hall it had lapsed into a state of disrepair and was a shadow of it's former self. Years of tender care and restoration have seen Sir John and his family restore the hall to its former glory and it is now one of the North East premier hotels.

When Sir John decided the best way to preserve the Halls legacy was to commission a book, Wynyard - The History of a Great House, the search began for someone to design and print it. Hpmgroup's strong north east links (We've been based in the north east for over 100 years) and our strong links with local authors and historical societies made us the obvious choice, and so began a true labour of love. We liaised with Sir John and the authors at every stage of production snd the final outcome was a book the north east will be mighty proud of.
